Colette is a recognized member in the field of accounting. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Washington DC Estate Planning Council. Colette has extensive experience in tax preparation for individuals, estates, trusts, and corporations (both for profit and nonprofit). She has worked with individuals and small and medium sized businesses her entire career. She listens to each client in order to develop a strategy of tailored business solutions. Colette has represented many clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state tax authorities. She provides high quality, personalized and tailored services to her diverse clientele. Colette D. Cahill, is a certified public accountant with over thirty years of experience in public accounting. Colette joined Ross, Langan and McKendree, LLP (RLM) in 1986 and became the firm’s Managing Partner in 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Christopher Newport University, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Golden State University. She earned her CPA designation in 1988. Colette is also fluent in French.
